Agent Operator Intern

Overview

Work at the frontier of AI agent operations, helping deploy, monitor, and optimize autonomous AI systems. In this role, you will learn how to manage AI agents, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure smooth performance while developing in a culture that rewards problem-solving ability and maintains exceptionally high standards.

What You'll Do

• Monitor AI agent performance and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in configuring and deploying AI agents for various use cases
• Help document agent behaviors and operational procedures
• Contribute to improving agent performance through feedback loops
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve agent operational issues
• Participate in user support related to AI agent interactions

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
• Ability to work on-site in our collaborative office environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI systems or chatbots
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript)
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
• Interest in AI safety and alignment
